Phase 1: New Moon:
At this phase, the moon appears to have disappeared from our sky. A new moon symbolizes new beginnings. It reboots our energy, giving us a fresh start to accomplish new projects and goals. Rituals of manifestation conducted at this time will enhance its success.
Phase 2: Waxing Crescent:
Light begins to be reflected by the moon. As the moon grows in light so does the goals established during the new moon. This is an essential time to maintain momentum of productivity. Energy at this time is beginning to increase, speeding up the process.
Phase 3: Full Moon:
At this phase the moon is complete. She has reached her climax of energy and her peak of light. The intentions set out since the new moon and maintained during the crescent moon phase begin to come to fruition. Rituals of abundance and release are beneficial and more successful at this time.
Phase 4: Waning Crescent:
As the moon decreases in light so does the momentum and energy in our physical and mental bodies. This is the time to process the growth accomplished since the beginning of the lunar cycle. Its the time to think of new goals to set for the upcoming lunar period. Rituals of release, contemplation and gratitude will enhance your magic.
Super & Micro Moons
A Super Moon occurs when the moon is at its closest point to the earth. This point is called the Perigee, while the farthest point the moon orbits away from the earth is called Apogee. A moon located at the Apogee Point is called a Micro moon.
You can use the energy of a Super Moon to enhance your rituals of manifestation, especially in terms of gaining.
If you want to intensify rituals of release and enhance your personal focus, a micro moon will be helpful. These kind of moons make us look at the details, hone in and see into the microcosm.
